Hmm, this is a tough one. You see, this is a great photo and Riker has nice feet. Ross has slightly better feet. But this pic makes a real case for bumping him up to four stars like his brother. Though he seems to photograph his feet more than Ross, which leads me to belief he suffers from a kind of "foot inferiority complex" and knows uploading pics will get him approval. Ross only takes pics that he is barefoot in. So many unanswered questions.
