Very good question, and interestingly the video that has this thumbnail on his youtube is only 7:31 and not 8:23 but perhaps he reuploaded it with parts cut out. I would guess that these are his feet though, most of his video thumbnails are of himself and they look the same as the other pics here, like 4865754 and 4853242.

I'm looking at the shape, the skin coloring, the dust of hair on the big toes -- they all seem to match. Besides, he doesn't seem like the type who'd use another man's body parts to promote his videos.
