His feet actually look great, despite this picture not being one of the best. I hope that in his documentary "It's Never Over, Jeff Buckley", there are some shots of his feet, because it contains exclusive footage (if not, it'll be good regardless, after all, it's Jeff Buckley and he's unforgettable.) Also, RIP, Jeff, you'll never be forgotten.
